I help individuals with person-centered and strengths-based theories and practices. I use a collaborative process, focusing upon individual strengths to work toward therapeutic goals, a mindfulness-based approach to start making changes from the present moment. By the use of an integrative type of therapy that incorporates both traditional and non-traditional treatments to help the individual as a whole. I consider mental, physical, and spiritual health that influence a person's well-being and seeks to help people heal and thrive in their dreams.
